Hamburger Gravy and Mashed Potatoes

Our meal tonight was great!

Hamburger Gravy

1 lb hamburger

10 oz. GFCF cream of mushroom soup

1 C. water

garlic salt and pepper to taste

Brown the hamburger and drain. (I buy my hormone-free

beef at the local butcher to cut down the chances of

Mad Cow and all that other nasty stuff) Add soup,

water, and seasonings and cook over medium low until

bubbly and the consistency of thin gravy. Serve over

mashed potatoes.

What brands are gf/cf? I tried to figure out the labels at Whole Foods

tonight and just got confused and gave up. I do better memorizing

certain brands for now that are ok! Eventually I'll figure it all out,

I'm sure!
