Sorry you got no replies. I am not familiar with RAI and I think I remembered

seeing that you'd had RAI? I am hyperThyroid/Graves, but I've been super busy

lately trying to find a lost bird since this past Saturday.

I didn't answer because I honestly had no info to suggest since I've not been

faced with your particular problem. I'm sure somebody who's had this same

experience will get back with you on it.

I just wanted to say Thank you for letting me use your archives. I

have found some good info and some tips but. I posted the other day

feeling down and alone and just hoped 1 person even would answer and

say they understood because sometimes it seems no one understands and

I joined here the other day and though finally people who understand

and no one answered

Hi,

Sometimes we miss posts around here. Could you try re-posting what you said?

We never want to ignore anyone, but sometimes there are a lot of posts, or

it's the weekend and everyone's off doing things...

Hope we can be of help to you!

Terry

Hi,

Sorry no one answered you. I did read your post. I recall you were asking

about questions related to TED, and I couldn't answer, as I don't have much

experience with TED. Perhaps all those with TED are over at Mediboard.com

during the past day or two. You can post a topic there and get

support/advice/feedback as well.

As for flax, I think it takes a while (weeks?) for it to relieve symptoms,

but again, I'm not the best one to answer. Typical amount is 1 Tbsp per 100

lbs of body weight. There are suggestions about how to relieve eye symptoms

in the Thyroid Awareness 101 thread over at Mediboard.com. I would suggest

that you take a look, and perhaps there will be something for you there.

I hope you feel better soon. TED has it's own course, and from what I

understand, it then " burns itself out. " Which means that it has an active

phase and then remits.

I hope I didn't give you and inaccurate info! If so, someone else here can

correct me ;-)
