Well actually, I am trying to take more B's right now......I've still got

the tinnitus problem and the ear doc and neurological doc both reccomended

taking extra B's to help out with that, along with lipoflavanoids.....which I

just

read on one of those links that you sent before, they said flavanoids are not

good for the Hashitoxicosis or hypo or something like that.....but I really

need some relief from the tinnitus so for now I guess I'll stick with what I'm

taking. I'm trying to eat a lot healthier and lose weight, and I'm doing

pretty good so far. Once my ringing stops I think I could switch to a different

vitamin though. It was really hard to find one without iron and iodine. Somebody

here had shared a link before about a good multi and I think I saved the info

on that so I may switch in a couple of months if my dratted inner ear noise

continues to fade.

Thanks for you concern. :-) I feel like I've got lots of caring people to

help me out and keep me from going off a deep end accidently. It's reassuring.

So much to learn, so little brain!

Well, , if you are doing well with what you take, then it is a good

sign. The proof is in the pudding! It can get to be a balancing act, when

you are trying to treat different disorders and there are clashes. Hope the

tinnitus goes away soon...that can be a real pain.

Best wishes,
