Guest guest
I use the Thai kitchen noodles- with chicken broth and Mrs. Dash. I'd like to find a gfcf bouillon cube, but so far haven't found one. For chicken noodle soup add some small slices of carrots. Lolita >My son loved Ramen noodle soup and s Chicken Noodle. I purchase these noodles at Wal-Mart, and there is a pad thai noodles which has a flavoring pack (I haven't tried yet). These say they are wheat-free, gluten-free & egg-free, no msg, no additives, colors or preservatives. There appears to be no casein. Lolita >My son loved Ramen noodle soup and s Chicken Noodle. Guest guest
I believe Thai Kitchen makes small packages of ramen type soups using rice noodles. I've tried them, which I've bought in my local HFS, and I think they're great - they come in a variety of flavors. They're very easy to prepare too. Guest guest
---I make a chicken noodle that my son, who is very picky, loves. It's very easy: Take a few chicken breasts, boil them in some water until cooked, let them cool, cut them up, put them back in the water. Add salt, pepper and whatever other spices to taste (I usually put in a little parsley & basil), then add some GFCF noodles (I use the D'boles corn spagetti, broken up) - cook til noodles are done. I make a big batch and freeze in smaller containers. The noodles get a little mushy after being frozen, but my son still likes it.
