Guest guest
Hi all. I have some questions or maybe I just need some support. We've been on the diet for 5 weeks, 's (4.5 w/Autism) behavior has been so erratic that I've had a hard time telling if this is withdrawal or he's just not responding to the diet. Overall, I have to say that his behavior is worse than it was before the diet, with brief periods where he is alert and his language seems better (he has always been verbal, expresses his wants and needs, answers some questions, just slow at developing and confuses his pronouns. He's more in a " fog " now and is hyper, babbling more and more which had almost disappeared. His teachers are seeing more of these behaviors and it's not easy to get his attention, when we used to be able to say his name, now we have to go over and touch him. Maybe I should start some supplements to help him along? Any ideas would be great, I've been working so hard to keep him gfcf, I'm not ready to give up yet. Thanks, Angie
