Guest guest
Sharon, I am like that and always have been. I need to eat about every 2 hours. It doesn't have to be big. Otherwise I start to get a headache and cravings. I don't know if it is hypoglycemic or not, but several doctors have said over the years the 1) my blood level is fine whenever I test, 2) many people are just like that. as long as it isn't symptomatic of a real disease, just have 6 smaller meals instead of most people's 3 large meals and a couple snacks. Drinking lots of water helps too. . > I'm a little late to chime in here. My 4y9m old son eats more than I do, > but it is mostly veggies and protein.
