Guest guest
Lori, I do think your FT4 is getting low, and seeing the trend, I think you don't want it to continue. I recall that feeling " slow " when FT4 was at 0.8. Perhaps you could do 250mg for 3 days, then 200 3 days, and 150 for a week, OR do 250 for 1/2 a week to 1 week and then 200 the next week; then get labs again (since you are pregnant, if I'm not mistaken). 300 to 150 is a significant drop. I'm not sure if you can monitor by pulse rate when pregnant, to see if you feel hyper. I know that whenever I reduce, I feel a little lift for a day or two after, though not a surge, and then I settle down to an even keel, so I know that I've done well with my own dose reductions. I have to say I have limited experience, and these are just my suggestions -- so please use your judgement! You have been doing well.
