transfer factor

Hi, does anyone have any experience/know about Transfer Factor? There was a

booth at the DAN Conference. It's supposed to be free of casien and just the

immune factors to help rebuild the immune system. I got some for my son and

he's had some really big mush poops, along with some normal ones for the past

week. I don't know if he's reacting to something in the transfer factor or

if the poop is a sign of something changing within his body. I was told Dr.

Bock is a big fan of this. Can anyone help me?
