HI! I forgot something! I never tested for anything.I am not

sure he needs to be tested, but what kind of tests should I really run

(allergies to corn, soy etc. or others like yeast...)? And are they

going to show anything now that he's been on the diet?

Oh! Anything else I should be aware of?

Thanx, Cristina('s mom)

I would definetly have your son tested for allergies just to make sure

that you're not feeding him offending foods. My son was tested for some

before the diet and then we tested for others cause these were things he

was eating now. He had foods show up in class 1 on both tests and I

removed ALL these foods that he showed even a class 1 too. Allergy tests

are the only tests I did for my son.

These are some of the foods I had LJ tested for-

egg white corn orange

beef

pork shrimp tomato

barley

carrot chicken codfish

crab

cow milk oat peanut

rye

soy bean strawberry tuna

wheat

bakers yeast sweet potato white potato

grapes

rice banana pear

cashews

almonds cashew chocolate

carob bean

He tested a class 1 allergy to- milk, wheat, pork, peanuts, cashews, soy,

and rice and chocolate. I removed ALL these foods from his diet. Now,

and he;s been on the diet for over a year, I started allowing a soy

product 1 or 2 times a month and the same with rice. Other than that I

avoid. Instead of peanut butter I use almond butter.
