's diet is still severely limited. The only things he'll eat

with

any regularity are GFCF chicken nuggets and potato chips.

In addition to gluten and casein, he also somewhat sensitive to corn,

soy, peanuts. I have been using peanut oil for frying with great

results. Our doc wants me to switch from peanut oil to high oleic

safflower or olive oil.

I bought some safflower at our local HFS. Boy, the stuff is

expensive! It'll cost abt ten bucks each time I refill the fryer.

Anybody fry with olive oil? Just sounds a little odd to me. What

abt heavy oily taste, or smoking?
