Oct. 16 and Max's appt. with Dr. H.

I hope that all of you in the NJ/NY/CT area are making plans to

attend our gathering. If nothing else, B. and Jodie have

arranged for so much food that we need you to be there to eat it

all! We have a great place to sit around and talk and play with the

kids and it should be fun. Please, if you have not already

Now, for the latest on Max. Yesterday was the FIRST time in 16

years that Dr. H. actually said Max " looked quite good!!!! " Yea for

Max! Yea for us! Of course, that was the visit that I was not able

to go to, but she did take the time to email me and tell me. She

told , my husband, that she was so happy with his progress

both emotionally and physically. I'm telling you, none of you would

believe how well he has adjusted to this school year and handled the

loss of his grandmother. It is amazing.

I hope to hear from more of you regarding our gathering. This is

the first of what I hope to be at least a bi-annual (every two year)

event. I did this a lot when Max was a baby. It's a lot of fun.
