Hi

I absolutely hear all of you. My son is now almost 1 year GFCF.

I found that whenever we have slip-ups he has his major reactions at night,

holding his tummy and crying and moaning uncontrollably saying " Boo Boo " .

Sometimes the Pepcid-AC works and other times it does not. I recently have

found that he can not tolerate anything with nitrates or nitrites in them,

major diarrhea occurs. Yes, at times this diet seams like it's impossible but

when these slip-ups happen and you see the results on our poor children you

gladly continue.
