I am also on an autism list that works through your email much the same

as this list. They have families, therapists, etc. who can answer

questions like this if you're interested. The volume is low there, you

won't be swamped with email at all, but there are enough that I always

got an answer to my questions. They have nothing to do with a GFCF diet,

so you can't get any of that help there, but questions like this I am

sure would get answered. I'm copying and pasting some things that I hope

is how you get on it. Email me back if it doesn't work, I am not a compu

expert but I think this is how I did it.

All commands must be

sent to the " LISTSERV address, " LISTSERV@.... Please

type your name after the name of the list, as in: " SUBSCRIBE AUTISM

Reynolds " which would be the message you would send. I would write

that as the subject too.
