Guest guest
We just got back from NY for a visit with Dr. H. Jake is 4 1/2 years old. Here's the good news: He is now 40 inches (up from 37 1/2 inches in April) and almost 31 pounds (up from 27 pounds in April). And the bad news: he is showing signs of insulin resistance. So, we need to decrease his night feeds on his g-tube to help his weight so it won't increase right now. Dr. H's new office is so much better. We had an 11:45 am appointment, and were taken by 12:05pm!!!! And the waiting room is huge in comparison to her old office. It is also one block away from central park!!!! Guest guest
Carmen, We missed seeing you guys also. Dr. H noticed " dirt " on his neck and under his arms. She wants us lessen his night feeds and keep an eye on his weight. She will check him again in three months and then again three months after that.
