Did he have to eat wheat and dairy before taking the test? > My son had abnormal amounts of gluten and casein in his peptide test. > (The casein was really elevated.) > > He also had a 3+ (high) rating for gluten & wheat on his IgG test. Guest guest
My son had abnormal amounts of gluten and casein in his peptide test. (The casein was really elevated.) He also had a 3+ (high) rating for gluten & wheat on his IgG test. Yet his casein came back as very low on the IgG. Is there any connection between these two? Or does it mean that his body can not break down the gluten & casein peptides AND he ALSO has sensitivities to gluten and casein?
