Guest guest
Hello Everyone: Well last week I finally had 's initial blood work done which was ordered by her endo. I couldn't get the results from the endo because he is away for two weeks and no one else in the office can give me the results. Well the ped's office tried calling them and they got the same run around. End result I called the lab and they faxed a form to the ped's office who filled it out and sent it back and they had her results very quickly. I just received a call to tell me that her results were " signed off as normal. " From what I think I understand most RSS kids have a false negative for growth hormone deficiency correct? So does this mean the next route is a stimulated test? When does that have to be done? I still don't have an appointment with Dr. H and the endo who prescribed the test saw in February and said to get the blood work done before coming back in October (which is now a December visit). Do I wait until my visit with Dr. H or the next visit with the endo or do I need the stimulated test done prior to seeing either of these doctors? I don't know what I should or need to do here so I'm asking for any guidance. Thanks RSS 4 1/2 - 29lbs and just about 37 inches and Kelli 2 non RSS
