Guest guest
My daughter does this every now and then, too. She decides she doesn't like anything. I usually let it go because the more I try and get her to eat something good for her the longer it lasts. During this time though I do add protein powder and extra calcium to any baked goods that she will eat (loves cookies). I also add a vegtable puree to muffins (usually carrots or zucchini. I make dinner as usual and have it there for her in case she will start eating. It will usually last a couple of weeks and then she will start asking me for things. Last night she asked me for a hamburger. That's a first for her because she has never liked hamburgers. She ate the whole thing. Sometimes you just have to let things run their course.
