I have been taking 400 IU plus what I am getting in my multivitamin for many years. I started having thyroid problems(not sure exactly when) maybe 8 months ago. I was hypo and went hyper. It is such a roller coaster. Betty PS If your are expecting an answer from me, and you don't get it, please email me back with a friendly reminder. " To err is human; to forgive, divine. Guest guest
Cause I'm thinking of starting back on Vitamin E > slowly. A homeopath I consulted when first diagnosed had me take vitamin E for the first few months of treatment - I'll have to ask her why. I do remember hearing though that omega 3 can deplete vitamin E so, since so many of us find omega 3 valuable that's something to look into.
