We get plain hamburger patties for the girls (Make sure they don't > give you a bun!!!) and French fries Mcs fries are fine but Burger King fried are NOT GFCF. They are coated in a batter that has gluten. -
Guest guest
I have found that the safest place to eat out is 's. There, my son can have a plain hamburger patty (they don't put cheese or bread on the grill) and a plain baked potato. Sometimes I will bring my own margarine, but my son has taken to eating them plain and liking them better that way. This is not only GFCF, but little or no cross- contamination risk AND no artificial ingredients!!! Just my two cents. -a mom to Alec 7 (nt) and Billy 4 yo w/autism > > > > Fast food restaurants: we eat at Mc's, Burger King, or In > and Out > > Burger.
