JULIE,

My son had no bowel problems or diarehea problems when I started this

diet with him 1 year and 1 month ago. I had no tests run for LJ accept

the food allergy tests just to make sure I wouldn't be feeding him

offending foods that wouldn't allow this diet to work to its best fdor

LJ. This diet totally lifted a fog from in front of LJ allowing him to

concentrate, absorb what is being told to him and to retain all he is

taught. He is 6 years old now and reads, spells easy words, started his

printing, makes little picture reports, does work dittos on his own -

reading and following the directions on his own.

I believe that LJ is where he is today due to a combination of my work

with him at home and following strictly to time schedules for bed and

all, his ABA at school for these past years, LJs home tutor and of course

this diet. He will not have a magical cure from autism with this diet,

but things are sure going great and he WILL be able to have a happy,

productive life. Hang in there and give the diet a try for at least 6

months or more - you have nothing to lose, but yet so much can be gained.
