Guest guest
Hi Deanna - I was tested in January, and officially diagnosed in February. I know how you feel. What I keep noticing is that I have hairs stuck to my clothes, or down the back of my shirt, that tickle my skin and drive me about nuts. This sort of thing used to happen to me occassionally, but now it's all the time. I'll have one on the side of my shirt, and it'll keep tickling my arm... I hate it. It's just a creepy reminder. And forget about wearing a light colored shirt, as the hairs show up so much I am going to have to pay more attention, as I am only aware of new growth (the little short stuff that pretty much stands straight up) coming in in gray. My hair is far less than 5% gray, of course the grays are all top and center. The hair that is not gray is naturally pretty dark. I had been coloring the grays, but I guess I won't be doing that again for a while, and possibly never. I would just like to see some shorter dark hairs growing in. I would hate to think that all the hair I'm losing is just going to come back in gray. Yuk!! Although I guess I'd be lucky to have it in gray as opposed to not having it come back at all, wouldn't I?? Barb --- Deanna wrote: > Hey Barb > > Thanks for writing.
