Hi

PPI stands for Proton Pump Inhibitor. It's for reflux, meds like

Zantac help supress the stomach contents from coming up, histamine

antagonists I think they're called (someone correct me if I'm

wrong!) PPI meds are stronger, they neutralize the acid in the

stomach so it doesn't burn.

Maybe I'll get all of this right yet! lol
