Guest guest
If you run out of 15mg pills of Armour could you carefully split a 60 mg of Armour into four equal parts and each part be the same as a 15mg of Amrour. I know you may be off a hair since when you split a pill you loose a few small pieces. But is the ammount of T4 and T3 distributed equally enough throughout the 60 mg so one quarter of it would actually be the equivelent distribution of T4 and T3 in a 15mg? I know they use fillers in these pills but would the above assumption be true? I called the company that makes Armour and they told me that two 15s do equal one 30mg tablet, two 30s equal one 60mg tablet and so on. Also could splitting one 60 mg of Armour in half (also considering the above ditribution question) equal the T4 and T3 as ditributed in one 30 mg of Armour? Guest guest
Hi HD- I don't know but since a 60 mg pill is fairly small, I'd think it'd be hard to split it into 1/4ths. If you could split it evenly, it'd probably be OK but even with a pill splitter, it'd be pretty difficult. Take care, > If you run out of 15mg pills of Armour could you carefully split a 60 > mg of Armour into four equal parts and each part be the same as a > 15mg of Amrour.
