Re: Food 4 Life breads, was Re: Bread help needed!

I live about an hour from Food 4 Life, and once visited there and complained

about the inconsistency of their bread. I, too, have had mold in it from

time to time (usually when I buy it from Trader Joe's or some other place

that keeps it at room temperature on a shelf) and once or twice, an uncooked

glob in the middle. But MOST of the time, I do buy their bread (usually

Brown Rice bread, sometimes Almond Rice or Pecan Rice) by the case from

Mountain Peoples Warehouse, keep it in the freezer until I use it, and toast

it. Then is is the best store bought bread I have found, balancing

taste/convenience/price.
