Guest guest Posted June 26, 2003 Report Share Posted June 26, 2003 I've used both without any problems - lignans are really wonderful in that they help fight and prevent cancer. The only thing is the High Lignan oil has slightly less Omega 3 per Tablespoon as the straight oil - but don't worry about that. I hope you have better luck this time - mix it in good to something so you can't taste it! If not a smoothie then yogurt with lot's of fruit or granola or something. Pam B.
