I just wanted to thank everyone for your awesome support and advice

on the latest situation here with . I have talked to his

pulomonologist, who talked to Dr. H. She said that Dr. H was to get

a hold of me, but in general Dr. H.'s recommendation was to have the

Nissen done, and to have it done in New York. So, I am waiting on a

phone call, hopefully, from Dr. H., but it looks like we are leaning

towards the Nissen ourselves. Just keep us in your thoughts in

prayers, as we make this decision, and do waht is best for .

You all that know me best, know that I only want the best for ,

and would go to the end of the earth for him. So, I just want you

all to know that I value all of your thoughts and support, and am so

very thankful I am a part of this awesome group of people!

Losing weight due to Dr. H reducing his feeds! Ugh! But, she

expected that.

If you do wind up going back to NYC for the surgery, please let me

know when and where. (Is Dr. H. going to let Dr. Spigland do it, or

is she going to use the people at Mt. Sinai?) We will visit you!

Whatever the decision, you are doing what you think is right for

YOUR son. There is no wrong one here. Just go with your gut. You

are a great mom!

Hi Jodi,

I really am not sure, but I assumed that it would be Dr. Spigland

doing the surgery since her and Dr. H worked so closely together and

they had perfected it there. I will let you know what happens, and

if we go to NY to have it done. I still haven't heard from Dr. H, so

who knows! I think I will try to email her after I type this.

Hopefully she won't yell at me ! HA HA! I would love for you to be

there with me. You know how I am, and it will take quite a toll on

me! My poor boy! But, anything to help him.

remember that goes ditto for me!!! i will make sure i have someone

to stay with the kids the day of his surgery and will be there with

you so you are not alone!!! hey us jodis got to stick together ya
