I use an olive oil spray from Trader Joes. My sister bought one of those

special oil spray cans from a kitchen store or Pampered Chef and she just

puts her own oil in it.

laura,

I couldn't find a soy free spray, so I bought a sprayer in the store

and just filled it with olive oil. Works great and less expensive too.
