RSS Korean little girl needs adoption

Everyone -

Just on the off chance that this amazing pathway will be circular

(long story), I wanted to let everyone know that there is a

beautiful baby girl in Korea who has mild RSS and is need of

adoption.

The family that she was originally matched to (and they bonded with

her, watched her videotapes, etc) found out about the " possible RSS "

the day they were supposed to sign the papers. They came to see DR.

H at the convention. Dr. H looked at all the medical records, and

the baby's photos, etc. and said that she looks wonderful -- good

eye contact, bright, happy, but too thin and small. Dr. H told the

family she wouldn't hesitate to adopt her at all (and those are big

words, as some of you know Dr. H's bluntness and honesty). She

recommended that the family ship over specific formula which the

family did and has continued to do.

However, after a lot of prayer and agonizing, the family decided

against adopting her as they have 5 other children, and felt that

her special needs would be more than they can handle.

You all know what you can handle. So I figured that I would let you

all know about her. She is so beautiful (I saw the photos). The

family has continued to stay in touch with the foster mother the

baby lives with (mom says that the foster mother is wonderful with

her) and the family still ships over formula, etc. and will do so

until she is adopted. But with this " RSS label " on her now, they

are afraid that unless a family with experience with RSS is found,

she might not be adopted. So I am posting this here, just in case.
