Reflux/ growth hormone/ Liam etc!!

Hi all,

I need some opinions on treatment!

The short story is, we now know, Liam has reflux he is being treated

with zantac, which we are hoping to chage over to losec soon, we

know he has thickening of his bronchioles(? damage from reflux), and

Im hoping to convince someone to do a endoscope very soon.

liam has just had 2 illnesses on top of one another last week he

stopped tolerating his feeds couldnt keep anything down and ended up

in casualty vomitting blood. His paediatricin thinks it was

rotavirus ( I dont). This week he has a horrible chest infection,

but we are managing to keep feeding him(not alot)

AND the endocrinologist want him to start growth hormone in 2 weeks.

I have tried emailing Dr H but she hasnt replied as well as Dr

Stanhope.

Do I start growth hormone while Liam still has this reflux issue to

sort out?

Im worried he is going to start growing and we arent going to be

able to get enough calories into him? And it then wont work

Any opinions greatly appreciated
