stock ample lines that are gluten free/casein free.

You're in luck. It's pretty easy to buy gluten-free food in the

major supermarkets. Casein-free is a little harder, but not much.

There is a GFCF Australia yahoo group that's visitor friendly & will

help you out with specifics, especially in the Sydney and Brisbane

areas. Sydney has a gluten-free restaurant, too.
