You need to get a Miss Robens catalog, she lists many. Call

1- for a catalog and they'll send you one. I order from them

and get an order in 2 to 3 days. Her catalog is easy to understand and

when I call my order in they are helpful. They also have a wevsite at

www.missroben.com I use the catalog though. I just lent mine out so

can't help you, but I know they have different ones available.

Arrowhead Mills Rice Flakes are my favorite. They also make a

Buckwheat Flakes which is a little different flavor.
