Guest guest
My husband wrote a song for our autistic son, several years back, which in a heart-felt way depicts the anguish many of us feel about the limitations our children have. Our son is basically nonverbal at 8-years-old. Anyway, this may sound like a strange question, but does anyone out there have need of a theme song for an upcoming conference, or something similar? Any musical special needs parents out there who would be interested in some type of compilation of several parents' songs on a tape/CD to be offered/sold at conferences/conventions?????? My husband is very talented and would write more if there was a specific need. We're not trying to make money with this by any means...just want to share a gift to bless and encourage others. His first song is very general, so it would touch MANY, in terms of being able to relate to it, and yet it is so poignant and speaks of the frustration of our special children inside, at being DIFFERENT and limited in life. Just thought I would throw this out there. Let me know personally if anyone has any thoughts on this, or through the group site.
