Guest guest
Does anyone have a recipe for a GFCF version of Boston Brown Bread that they'd like to share? This bread is traditionally steamed in the oven in molds or coffee cans (one pounders inside 2-pounders with water in the 2-pounder, and covered), so it should retain it's moisture. I have one recipe--it calls for 1 c. cornmeal, 1 c. rye flour, and 1 c. flour (substitution help?). This recipe cooks for 3 to 3 1/2 hours (steam-cooks). Thanks.
