I get the ones from Kinnickinnick (sp?).. They're very tasty and toasted the

texture difference (between GFCF and regular bread) isn't as obvious. The

only one I've found so far that my son won't eat is the Flax/Sunflower.. He

didn't care for that one, but all the other ones he seems to enjoy.. :) You

can order them offline or I find the breads at Whole Foods here in town.

We use the Ener G Tapioca Loaf. However, we always toast it. It's really

not that bad toasted.

Also, they make a great high fiber bread, that when frozen, doesn't fall

apart. It's more like wheat bread. My son likes it, and the tapioca. We

also just started using Kinnikinnick, and he likes that too.
