I dont think ensure is dairy free-bette hagmans recipes are not always dairy

free just always gluten free- I have used a soy baby formula as a powder

milk sub and had great results. F

I use baby soy formula-Carnation Brand- as a pwdr milk subs.

It works on most recipes if not all :-)
