We consider ourselves 99,99% GFCF, but would still be using enzymes along with

it to combat accidental ingestion or cross contamination IF we had access to

good quality products at a reasonable price. We've got a supply of SerenAid

here, after a lot of paperwork with the bueraucrats and the customs, and we're

forced to use it sparingly, i.e. only after we think that our son might have

ingested something that he should not have had (like when he's dropped a bit of

potato on the floor under the dining table, and then picks it up again and eats

it: That floor is possibly contaminated with gluten crumbs as long as it has

not been cleaned since breakfast).
