Hi Jill,

It's said to take four or five weeks for the effect of a T4 like

Synthroid to show up in bloodwork, and it took me about 4 weeks to

feel effects when I added it to my ATD. Keep in mind, too, that you

want to change any dosage as gradually as possible, to keep your body

on an even keel. (I find that even small dose changes in my ATD or

Synthroid give me temporary symptoms in the direction of change,

which subside after a few days.)
