Guest guest
Hi Joan - This subject comes up from time to time and I always give the same advice. Be very careful about your decision to drop the diet. I think it sounds like you are approaching this in a methodical fashion and I think that is great. Document everything they eat and observe them carefully. I have heard that people stop the diet and at first see no reaction and then after a few weeks back on " normal " food their children regress. Since one of your kids is so hyper sensitive to eggs that people have independently noticed the difference in him now that he isn't eating eggs, I would say that you more than likely have very sensitive children. It seems to me where there is one sensitivity there are usually others. Anyway - I wish you the best of luck and I think you are approaching this with caution, which is great.
