Joan,

The decision to quit is yours totally, but from reading your post you

have already - if you reintroduced milk and wheat buns. 6 to 8 months

sometimes may not even be sufficient time to see results. Were you 100%

GFCF throughout this time? Results are seen differently from child to

child. I wish you the best and for your 2 children and I hope you get

alot of responses to your post as I know there are others on here that

had stopped the diet and decided to put their children back on it.

The allergy tests maybe would be a good thing to do if you decide to go

back with the diet, this way you can omit all offending foods, thus

allowing the GFCF diet to work to the max. I have heard also about

getting a false neg. if the food hadn't been eaten, but yet my son

hadn't eaten some of the foods that he came out positive to. But listen

to others on this also cause this is just what happened in our case, and

there are all different responses I am sure.
