Hi all,

I'd like to know what signs to look for so I'll know if we can quit this

diet.

My 2 sons, 12 yr old with AS and 10 yr old formerly diagnosed ADD, have been

GFCF for 6-8 months now. My 10 year old still had the same 'bad days' i.e.

'spacing out', off task, not paying attention, etc, until last Monday when

I figured out that eggs do it to him! I literally have a much different

child since last Tuesday when he became egg free! It has been incredible to

witnesses this change inn him. Even more awesome is the thought that

something so very simple has been plaguing him and holding him down for his

entire 10 years!

I have notes from teachers to back this up, and also outsiders called me to

comment on his being aware of what's going on and seeming more intelligent.

The words ' a different kid' were mentioned. We haven't seen any response

from my other son either way.

Anyway, I am ready to have a food sensitivity panel run on each boy, and I

read that we could possibly get false negatives on foods that haven't been

ingested in a long time. So I decided to do a multiple food elimination

diet and when we got to step 2, adding foods back into diet, to do wheat and

milk challenges. I haven't seen any reactions. So, I'd like to know

where you think I should go from here. We added Lactaid milk 3 days ago and

wheat in buns 2 days ago.

Thanks so much!

Have a wonderful day!
