Guest guest
I thought that some might like to have this recipe, kind of a variation of a meatloaf, but not the same-old same-old. 1 lb lean ground beef 1/2 c uncooked rice 1 t. salt 1/8 t. pepper dash GFCF chili powder 1 t. GFCF garlic salt 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce (I like to add a little brown sugar to mine) Mix beef with rice, salt, pepper, chili powder, and garlic salt. Form into small balls. Place in covered dish and pour tomato sauce over it. Cover and bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven. This is one that our whole family likes! __________________________________________________
Guest guest
ANdrea, I made these and they were great. My husband was amzed I made something that tasted good. Little stinker! Anyway, thank you for posting!! I am reposting because someone wanted this again--meatballs w/o potatoes. I used ground turkey and garlic powder and still great. This would be a good one to freeze. Thanks again!!!
