Guest guest
I agree w/ lots of folks who posted about life style changes. It is a change. But there are some good quickie meals I have done. My Sam daughter w/PDD NOS won't eat all of these but my typical kids will: any kind of GFCF cracker w/CF cheese ( shredded or cubed) and Louis Rich turkey ( Sam won't eat the meat) I change this up w/ GF pretezels, corn chips or potatoes chips GFCF pasta w/ GFCF tomato sauce or CF margarine Oreda GFCF Fries/tater tots and hashbrowns (must read label and I think there is a risk of cross contamination) Needless to say MC s. That how I get thru week. I do find we eat better the more willing I am to cook, freeze, and plan ahead but it is time consuming but very rewarding. PS I just made some wonderful soft pretezels from MS. Robens- my husband and I had to stop to leave some for the kids. Good luck Jeneane, Houston, TX Nick NT (5yoa) PDD NOS ( 3yoa) Beth NT (2yoa)
