Guest guest
Okay...I am trying to decipher if my son has phenol issues. We have had 2 incidents with blueberries and watermelon. The day after he consumed these, he slept in the next morning and was very tired and " sensitive " the next day. He also seemed much foggier than usual.... Just really sluggish. I was under the impression that a phenol reaction made a child bounce off the walls and NOT SLEEP! Yet my son's reaction seems just the opposite. Has anyone had a child affected by phenols in this way? Also...bananas and apples do not seem to bother him at all. If a child has phenol issues, can they be brought upon by some foods that are high in phenols and not others?
