Guest guest
Hi everyone: I recently posted some info about Stabilium (Garum Amoricum) - an extract from a deep sea fish that is effective for anxiety (for me, very effective for Graves' Rage). Because of 's post, I researched further - 1. Stabilium contains 5 micrograms of iodine per capsule. 2. There is another anxiety supplement that is supposedly very effective, it mimics the effects of meditation (alpha waves). It's called Zen Mind, and is vegetarian, no iodine. It's made up of amino acids. I'm going to get some to try, and if you are interested, I found it at: http://www.allergyresearchgroup.com , the company could not comment about breast feeding and this supplement, but just in case you want to take a look . . . Also, someone mentioned Bach Flower remedies, those are certainly wonderful. It may also be interesting to look into Ayurvedic herbs, which even infants take in India. I have an Ayurvedic doctor who comes to LA twice a year, and the herbs he gives me definitely help to quiet my mind through balancing the elements in my body. Even a few of my pets are on the herbs. I think this can only be done with a good practitioner though. Regards,
