Hi , be careful about the amino acids - I've heard of them being used

as mood enhancers to fight depression too, but some of them - like

L-Carnatine, are also used to block thyroid hormone use at the cell level

and can make you feel hypothyroid. Bodybuilders also use L-Carnatine to put

on bulk - not something all of us want to do ;)

Of course we need amino acids so I guess the key is getting the right amount

of the right ones.
