Guest guest
My daughter Destiny who is now 5 often complains of pain in her legs and feet one side more than the other. She has been found to have clonus a reflex abnormality indicitive of a deeper neurological problem, what that is we don't know yet. i have been in the habit of rubbing her legs and feet at bed time, it helps her go to sleep. I use very firm steady strokes and also some triggerpoint work especially on the bottoms of her feet where she often has them. However i am a massage therapist so it's kind of second nature and Destiny is very used to it and complains little even when I use some of the more painful modalities as i have been doing this since she was about a year old. Sometimes massage schools will have workshop type classes open to the public. It might be worthwhile to learn a few techniques. Just a thought. mom to Destiny 5 RSS and a host of others Pains and good news hi all 's mom here I just wanted to know to those on GH if you ever experienced feet cramps on our kids? has been complaining to the point that he is crying...
