Guest guest
The symptoms list in the files lists some of the hyper and hypo cardiac symptoms. It seems that some people can use these as guidelines while other people go by other symptoms. My rapid heart beat and palpitations subsided somewhat as I became euthyroid, but while I was hypo, in the process of reducing my ATD, I also had high blood pressure and my heart still ran pretty fast. (One endo suggested the cardiac symptoms lagged behind my thyroid levels.) In my case the length between menstrual periods and their severity exactly signaled my thryoid levels (far apart and light when I was hyper, close together and profuse and painful when I was hypo). I guess the trick is to learn to chart your own symptoms, as you're doing. Keeping a binder with test results and how you felt each time is useful here.
