Guest guest
Hello everyone, First of all, it was great meeting so many of you at the conference. It was great and I thank , Katy and Jodi so much. Jonah had an appointment with Dr. H at Mt Sinai and although she was great, she was not happy with his weight. He does not have a feeding tube and Dr. H is trying to avoid one since he likes eating. She upped his periactin and his miralax since she thinks the constipation is the problem. Even with a high dose of miralax, he is constipated regularly again; it is really a problem. Anyway, we are keeping our figures crossed. Anyway, that was just to vent a little, but I have a question that I am very confused about and even talked to Dr. H about it, but am still confused. Everyone has been talking about about IUGR, but I am confused how RSS is related to poor in utero environment. Dr. H. also mentioned something about genes adapting because of a poor environment. I was a bit mixed up after the session at the conference and continue to be so after my talk with Dr. H. Can anyone clarify this for me? I want to say hello to many people, but Jonah is tugging at me, so I will e-mail again later. I am thinking of all of you and know that your children are in our prayers. , mom to Jonah,
