Guest guest
Hey - I'm curious about the Core Program you're doing...can you tell us more about it? I never really exercised before Graves' and bone loss is really the major reason I started. I have osteopenia already at my age and just begun weight training to try and reverse that. I'd like to try other exercises (for wimps like me, mainly) and that Core Program sounded interesting. Guest guest
Sounds cool! (And not too hard for those of us that are exercise-challenged) Believe me, I'll join you in the wimp section I'm surfing my library's catalog right now to check for the book! Thanks for the info!
