We need Ackerman for this. LIsa, come out, come out, whereever

you are. is a whole lot of knowledge in all aspects of this diet

and all. If you don't get an answer for this I'll see if I can dig up a

prior post of hers and get her email and I can =hopefully if she doesn't

mind =email her privately and ask.
